Creekwood Surgery Center is hiring a Full-Time Surgery Scheduler!

Creekwood Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Surgery Scheduler to join our team. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

Surgery Scheduler at Creekwood Surgery Center

Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, is responsible for daily maintenance of the surgery schedule and all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing and problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors'' offices and Operating Room Staff.

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays or weekends. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
  • Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
