STORE MANAGER

As our Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, youre a key team member who inspires, leads by example, and makes life a little more beautiful for our clients and teams. Responsibilities

  • Creating amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, seeking ways to improve client service, solve problems, and build strong relationships where ideas and input of others are welcomed.
  • Developing sales and budget strategies: maximizing sales and profitability by identifying, analyzing, and forecasting sales or opportunities, and consistently meeting objectives & results.
  • Managing daytoday store operations: driving operational initiatives and ensuring profitability and efficiency, cultivating creativity and disruption to ensure the store represents our brand and culture.
  • Enhancing our culture: engaging & inspiring through Sephora values (Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative), helping others grow by understanding strengths and providing coaching and development.

Desired Qualifications

  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and management skills.
  • Experience as a handson leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed.
  • A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication and ability to influence team members.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, work in a fragrance-filled environment and handle/apply cosmetics products to clients.
  • Adherence to Sephoras dress code and policies in the Employee Handbook.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,400.00 $116,850.00. The actual pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
